Read full entryI did it! I really did it for real! I slept more than 6 hours for once! And turns out, it's easier to find beauty in small things and enjoy life when you're not running pathetically low on sleep. Who would've thought 😅
Read full entryI have only been sleeping three-ish hours the last few days. I'm carrying a headache, and my days are blurred. I didn't write the logs here either. But I did manage to keep my waking-up routine going. Instead of backfilling, I'm just going to accept I fumbled and begin again.
