Before Midnight (Finally)
Sleep Stages
The day started beautifully with a light workout and an avocado toast breakfast. I spent pretty much the entire day working. Felt okay overall, but the lingering tiredness from lack of sleep was definitely there.
Learning from yesterday’s mistakes, me and the bois went out for dinner early this time. We wandered around the beautiful lakeside area for a bit and ended the evening with a Nepalese thakali and a pizza. Best of both worlds.
By the time I got home, I was too tired to get sucked into the phone the way I did the night before. I fell asleep before midnight for the first time during the challenge, and it looks like I also slept the longest so far. Feeling really excited to see where this goes.
