The (relatively) better sleep definitely paid off. We started the morning with a light run by the lake. The sun shone over the Annapurna range, making the snow glow like diamonds in the sky. Captivated by the view, we stopped at a lakeside café for a fresh breakfast.

The day went fine at the co-working space. I can’t really say I feel as energetic as I’d like to. There’s this lingering tiredness that's probably coming from sleep debt, but I’m not entirely sure.

The afternoon and early evening was a bit messy. Concentration felt like it demanded superhuman energy. I didn’t feel like working at all, so I just drifted through these hours and now I am heading home.
