Did survive the day. Not just survived it, I even managed to be late to bed again! I'm truly world class at this point. After barely crawling through the day and fantasizing about sleep, I started feeling awake in the evening. Classic betrayal.

Me and the bois went to a Chinese place for dinner, where we were the only customers. The lone, lonely chef took hours to make our food, and we took another hour to finish it.

Once home, I spent some time on my phone, called home, and before I even realized, it was past 11. And by the time I showered and finally got to bed, it was midnight. Tragically, I wasn’t even sleepy anymore. This is the cursed sorcery of the circadian rhythm I’ve messed up so thoroughly that my body now believes the sun rises sometime after midnight.

However, I stil woke up before 7 and went to the gym for light workout. I feel mostly okay now, but can see the lack sleep debt stacking up like a villain stacking up ammo.
